Here is the Reception unit. Every child has their own peg with their name on it to hang up their coat and their P.E. kit.

In the Reception unit we have our own toilets. |

Every morning children change their reading books.

Children change into their P.E. kit for P.E. We get really quick at changing. |

At playtime all children are given a piece of fruit. |
|
|
|
Every morning we listen to a piece of music whilst we drink our milk or water. |
|
When we have washed our hands we are ready for lunch.
|
|
|
|
The children read to their teacher individually as well as in groups. |
|
The Reception unit has two computers which all the children use. We also like to go to the computer suite.
|

|
There is a lovely outdoor area where the children love building with the large construction kits. We have an outdoor stage where we can perform and large outdoor garden! |

There are also bikes to play on.
|
|
We love using the climbing wall. We often have visitors. We had some baby rabbits visit us after thinking about animals and their babies. Our local police officers help us learn about how to keep ourselves safe. We sometimes are allowed to ride in their police car! We have a role play area where we can dress up and be different characters.
We do lots of lovely art work. We enjoy doing water play. We like playing with the sand.
